An Idyllic Oasis with the Beach as your neigbour!

Welcome to our little summer paradise at Sandybadet, Löttorp on Öland. Get a great vacation with one of the best beaches on Öland as your neighbour. Here you stay in one house and 3 cottages, all with a great charm and all modern equipment you need for the best stay! The vacation feeling will arrive as soon as you here the sound of the waves, take a breath of the famous Öland air and are met by the stillness that this little place are offering.

The location in the small summer house village is one of the best on Öland if you ask us. From here it takes only 5 minutes by car to Löttorp where you will find all necessary facilities like grocery store, bakery, restaurants etc. Byxelkrok, Sandvik and Böda Beach, to just mention a few of the highlights of the Northern part of Öland, can be reached by 15 minutes drive but from experience, we know that most of our guests do not want to leave this little oasis once they checked in.
We offer 10 beds in 5 houses/cottages. I the main house you will find a living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and our favorite room - Glasverandan. A room viewing the beach and where the light flows freely through all windows. A magical place to have breakfast, lunch & dinner for days when you want to eat inside. On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and a hallway for storage.

The biggest of the 3 cottages offer a loft and a beach view with 4 beds. The two smaller cottages offer 2 beds each. Here you will also find a cottage with an extra bathroom & a smaller kitchen.

The heart of the place is the wooden porch that connects the house and two of the cottages. A place to gather during the day or the evening with sun from lunch to late evening during summer time. During warmer days, the best place to start the day is the porch viewing the beach. The Öland sunrises are famous so it is so worth it to wake up early some days!

Put on your flip flops or go barefoot to the beautiful white sandy beach for a day in the sun. For the more adventurous, the beach is a popular place for kite surfers and the routes for a walk or a run are many.

So prepare yourself for an amazing vacation or getaway, both during summer and winter time!
