Cozy cottage in Svartedalen's nature area

Welcome to Hålt! The cottage is situated in Svartedalen's nature and recreation area and is surrounded by a far stretched forest area filled with forest lakes. The closest lake can be seen from the living room window and it's just a few minutes walk to a small bathing place. The beautiful Bohus trail and other walking trails can be easily reached close by. The forest offers berries and mushrooms and contains a rich bird life. Several lakes with excellent fishing opportunities can be found within the nature and recreation area, but make sure to check out the fishing license requirements. With car it will take you about 20 minutes to go to the ocean.

The closest urban area, Stenungsund is 20 km away. Going to Gothenburg by car will take about 45 minutes.

About the house
The house is a combination of modern comfortability and the charm of nature. An open floor plan with kitchen and living room with spacious ceiling height. A soapstone stove is placed centrally in the house.
Two bedrooms with room for two people in each, one double bed and one bunkbed. There is also room for two people to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom is fully tiled with glazed tiles, underfloor heating, shower and adjacent sauna.
Some of comfortabilities of the house are washing machine, dishwasher machine and hi-speed internet.
A big wooden deck, with a view over the lake is directly connected to the living room. A grill is available. Big lawn on a naturally formed plot.
