Dwelling near the Sea and beach Djupvik Eksta

Our beachside property with the main building and guest house is located southwest on the island of Gotland, in beautiful Djupvik by the wonderful Eksta coast. The property is just a few hundred mts from Djupvik fishing village, the beach and Djupvik
restaurant/hotel. From the 160m² spacious patio with a glimpse of the sea you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. Both houses are of high all year round standard and built in Gotland style.
Here there is room for 2 families to stay comfortable and modern in one larger house of about 95m² (5 berths) and one smaller house of circa 40m² (4 berths).

Facilities «main» house (built in 2010):
Stone house of about 95m² with plastered walls, polished concrete floor and floor heating.
Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: family bunk bed with 3 berths.
Open planning with kitchen and living room: the kitchen is fully equipped with among other things dishwasher, fridge, freezer, micro, oven and hob, in the kitchen/living room there is also a large dining area, large sofa and a flat screen TV with fibre optics connection/Internet. Combined entrance hall and utility room with washing machine. Bathroom with Gotland marble, WC, shower, towel rail.

Facilities «small» house:
Stone house of circa 42m² with plastered walls, polished concrete floor and floor heating.
Bedroom 1: 2 berths double bed (1*180cm.), children’s bed
Bedroom/Kitchen: Sofa bed 2 berths. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,
fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop. Bath with Gotland marble, WC, shower, towel rail,
washing machine.

Other:
160m² casted patio with garden furniture, parasols, and charcoal grill. Large
parking spot/lawn. Fenced plot.

Only rented to up front, non-smoking, and well-behaved people, no pets due to allergies. We do not rent to persons under the age of 25 and no party crowds.

Rented Sunday to Sunday.

You must clean the house before you leave. Bed linen and towels are not included.
