Cozy cottage near the sea and forest

Cottage of 62 sqm and shed 15 sqm in a scenic and secluded location in Rörvik's quiet summer cottage area. 500m to the beach and piers you have the forest next to the house. Hiking on Roslagsleden nearby, step on stage 9 about 2.5 km from the cottage. Nice hiking stage 9-11 up to Grisslehamn.

The large cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with bunk bed (the lower one is 105 cm) and a bedroom with 140 cm bed, small kitchen with simple standard but with all equipment for cooking (not dishwasher).

The large airy living room with ceiling up to the ridge with windows has a generous dining area and space for socializing by the fireplace. The sofa bed is 160 cm as a bed. Cabinet filled with board games and puzzles to borrow. Bathroom with shower and incinerating toilet. Please note that there are limited amount of water and hot water.

Large glazed porch with high ceilings where there is a dining area, hanging swing and a cozy kitchen sofa to crawl up in. Friggeboden (the chef) is separated from the house and has a 180 cm large bed. Large hilly plot with a small mountain facing the road which provides privacy. Lawn with outdoor furniture, barbecue and trampoline facing the forest. On the plot there is a playhouse. Three older bikes are available on loan and an inflatable kayak for 1-2 people, as well as 2 SUPs for rent.

The cottage is located 100 km from Stockholm, about 2.5 km north of Norrtälje

Bring firewood, or buy for SEK 100/40 liters.

Cleaning is offered at a cost of SEK 800. Guests are always responsible for washing dishes, taking out rubbish and picking it up even when cleaning is booked.
