On the entrance floor you will find the entertaining space - a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining space for many guests, a large living room and a study with working space, everything in light colours and wooden floor. From this floor you access the balcony with sea view of Vadviken and the large and sunny terrace. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms with three beds, a spacious living room with access to the garden, toilet, shower, laundry room and a large sauna. The upper floor has three bedrooms with five beds, a smaller living room and a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.

A private and lovely garden surrounds the house with lilacs, berry bushes, apple trees, roses and flowers. On the terraces there are several dining tables and seating for many guests as well as a charcoal grill.

The house has access to a jetty in Vadviken, 100 meters from the house, with place for a private boat (it’s deep enough for a sailboat) and you are welcome to use the jetty for bathing. There is also a small bathing site located close by the jetty more suitable for small children. You will also find an additional bathing site facing Jungfrufjärden within 150 meters. Parking in the carport for one car, parking for more cars is available adjacent to the house.

Dalarö has a small commercial center within 15 minutes walk from the house with an ICA store, ATM, medical center, bakery, fish shop and several cafes and restaurants. Shallow sandy beaches can be found at Schweizerparken together with tennis courts, skate park, parkour track, football field, outdoor gym, exercise tracks for walking, jogging and biking and a miniature golf course. 6 kilometers from Dalarö at Smådalarö you will find Smådalarö Gård Hotell & Spa, a hotel, restaurant and spa facility. There you will also find a 9 hole golf course, two tennis courts and two padel courts.
