Beach apartment with magical sunsets on Öland

We rent out our fantastic apartment when we ourselves don't have the opportunity to be here. The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and large terrace facing the sea in Byxelkrok harbour. It's 85 sqm distributed on three rooms and kitchen and a lovely terrace on 30 sqm.
The apartment is brand new constructed and has beautiful material choices and furnishings and is partly handicap friendly.
Open floor plan with a fully equipped integrated kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker etc. towards the open living room where there is room for togetherness around the large dining area and the couch area.
If the wonderful view of Kalmarsund and Blå Jungfrun isn't enough there is a 65" Apple TV with most channels and free Wifi and also other board games.
Large glass doors to the sea and the large furnished terrace in the southwest where you can enjoy the sun all day and completely magical sunsets with the mythical island Blå Jungfrun on the horizon.
Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with two single beds and the other has a double bed. Possibility of two extra beds is available by arrangement.
The bathroom has a shower and is large and spacious.
Parking place is included and is adjacent to the building. Here you can leave the car when it's bathrobe distance to the beautiful sandy beach and when entertainment and all facilities are nearby.

Byxelkrok is the place if you want to enjoy the beautiful nature, tranquility and silence during before and after season or tourist among all holiday celebrations during high season.
The area is also one of the safest and most often leads to the sun peak in Sweden.
Byxelkrok's guest harbour is one of the most visited guest harbours on Öland. The harbour and the area around the most obvious center point in Byxelkrok. In the summer it bursts with life when all the cozy shops and other facilities are kept open.
There are many different restaurants, pubs, cafes, fish and delicatessens, souvenir shops, bike rentals, refueling opportunities etc.
There are also ferry connections for cars and passenger traffic to and from Oskarshamn on the mainland in the summer. From the harbour you can also go on a boat trip to the mythical island Blå Jungfrun or go on guided fishing trips.
In Byxelkrok there is also a well-stocked ICA store that is open all year round and which is also a drop-off point for Systembolaget and postal agents.
There is also a fast food restaurant that serves classic fast food but also has icecream, sweets an newspapers. There is also a mini golf course.
In Byxelkrok there is a lovely sandy beach which also has a bathing jetty, sauna raft, volleyball and outdoor gym. All within walking distance from the apartment.
There are absolutely wonderful walking/cycling paths along the Baltic Sea and Kalmarsund.
In northern Öland there are plenty of excursion destinations and also golf. It's only 6 km to the mile-wide beautiful Böda beach and other wonderful beaches nearby to discover.
Other attractions are Neptuni åkrar, Långe Erik, Byrums raukar, Naturum Trollskogen, Skäftekärr Stonage village just to name a few.
Many events and markets are also held in Byxelkrok during all seasons. There is also a bus connection.
