Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

With an idyllic location right by the sea, this picturesque house from the turn of the last century can be found on the leafy island of Stegesund outside Vaxolm.
Stegesund and the twin island of Hästholmen are car-free islands and classified as cultural historical interesting thanks to all the wholesaler's villas from the turn of the last century.
The house for rent is one of several complementary houses to wholesaler Bährne's magnificent archipelago villa built in 1909. The house was newly renovated in 2021 with a completely new interior design, an open floor plan and high ceilings, which gives a wonderful feeling of space. The house has a sleeping loft with a 180x200 bed (can be converted into two 90x 200 beds if desired) and another loft with a 90x200 bed.
The living room area consists of a sofa group, including a sofa bed that easily can be converted into a double bed.
Direct adjacent to the house is a spacious terrace with a dining table and barbecue facilities.
Swimming is done from the private jetty and a sauna located on the jetty is available by agreement with the owner.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
A deposit of SEK 2,000 on arrival, is returned after inspection of the holiday home.
If you are a larger family, there is the possibility to also rent the adjacent, similarly newly renovated house of 25 square meters with 2 + 2 beds. The price per week for this house is SEK 13,000.
At Stegesund, there is an outdoor tennis court and it’s easy to go jogging or take a stroll on the car-free gravel road. There are public swimming areas and Catch & Relax offers guided fishing trips from the island. Stegesund is easily accessible, located close to the archipelago town of Vaxhom with public boats, which serve the island about ten times/day in each direction during high season. It takes 5-10 minutes to Vaxholm and 1 hour to central Stockholm by boat. A bus ride from central Stockholm to Vaxholm takes approximately 50 minutes. Boat taxis are available in Vaxholm.
Vaxholm has a large selection of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and patisseries. There is also a pharmacy and a health care center here.
Just outside Vaxholm is the ancient fortress which can be reached via a cable ferry from the harbor, and 8 km outside the Vaxholm is Bogesund Castle with a café. In Vaxholm there is also a golf course (18-hole course) as well as bicycle and kayak rental.
