The house is placed in a quiet part of an area with summer cottages, surrounded by Tullvikens nature reserve. You find the Baltic sea with rocks 200 meter from the house. A bit further away (650 meters) you find a small sandy beach with shallow water in a sheltered bay. The area with cottages have two tennis courts that are included in the rent, 450 meters away. Next to the tennis courts you also find a playground and an adventure trail for older children. The walking trail Roslagsleden passes 100 meters from the house. The sea by the house is popular among fishermen fishing for sea breem. The forests around the cottage is filled with berries and mushrooms.

The house is made up of a big light combined kitchen and living room with a 4,5 m high celing, two larger bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and a big loft with a sofa bed and a TV. White wooden paneling, light colored floors and a lot of light in the whole house. There is a big kitchen area with an induction cooktop, modern oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A big kitchen table with room for at 6 people. Tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The living room area has a big corner sofa and a wood burning fire. The size of the house is 88 square meters, excluding a larger loft. A big wooden out door deck facing south with furniture and a barbeque and a smaller deck facing east. The garden is natural forest without any lawn. No Wifi, but good mobile signal.

Less than 1,5 h from Stockholm and 1,5 h from Arlanda.

The closest village is Grisslehamn, about 3 km away, with a food shop, fish shops, petrol station, restaurants, café, bakery, butiques, Hotell Havsbaden with a big spa, ferry with trips to Åland, ice-cream, crazy golf, marina, museum. Väddö golf course, Kröns garden shop and café, Väddö dairy farm with café and ice cream from the farm, Edblads outlet with café and jewllery, Bullerbyns tunnbread, Signö chocolate are all found within a radius of 20 km.
