Beautiful Summer House in Österlen

Welcome to this lovely summer house, which is a perfect place to explore and experience the southeastern parts of Skåne - Österlen!

The house is newly renovated and nicely decorated, and there is plenty of social space to spend time with family and friends. Breakfast is best eaten on the terrace after buying freshly baked bread from the adjacent Mellbybageren. Just a few kilometers from the accommodation you reach Knäbäckshusen's fantastic beach and Sweden's southernmost national park, Stenshuvud. From the house you look out over beautiful plains and all the way to the sea (a few kilometers away). In addition to a cozy house and beautiful immediate surroundings, in Österlen you can also experience old villages, the apple orchard in Kivik, Mandelmann's Gardens, Ales Stenar, art exhibitions, absolutely world-class restaurants and more (see list below). The accommodation thus offers a lot in itself, but for those who want to discover more, there is a large selection available in one of Sweden's most beautiful areas.

Accommodation:
The house is newly renovated, and has nice material choices that are well suited for a holiday in comfort. The living room is bright and open, has plenty of living space and a cozy wood burning stove. The kitchen has what you want; fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and equipment for cooking great food. The bathroom is newly renovated and well equipped. In the well-kept outdoor environment, there is plenty of space for relaxation and play in the sun. The pool on the plot is not included in the rent, and may not be used.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (two combined 90cm beds)
- Bedroom 2: An 80cm bed, and a bunk bed (where the lower part is 120cm wide)
- Bedroom 3 (guest house): A bunk bed

The area:
The house is perfectly located by the sea in the middle of Österlen in southeastern Skåne, and there are lots of things to do and discover. A few kilometers away you reach the very beautiful and quiet Knäbäckshusens Strand, where you can take a morning dip before other tourists find their way here. Nearby is Stenhuvuds National Park, where you can take long walks or walks. In addition to a wonderful local area, you can take the car shorter distances to several different tourist destinations, including:
- Kivik Musteri (10 min)
- Mandelmanns Trädgårdar (5 min)
- Friden Pizzeria - (award-winning farm pizzeria 2 min)
- Ales Stenar (40 min)
- Brösarps Backar (The story of the Ring-like hiking environment) (20 min)
- Several sandy beaches at Haväng and Sandhammaren (20 and 40 min)
- Christinehofs Ecopark and Castle (30 min)
- Classic fishing communities such as Vitemölla, Brantevik and Skillinge (15, 20 and 25 min)

The house and the area are thus well suited for unwinding, as well as for having fun and discovering!

Getting here:
The best way to get here is with your own car. Parking is available outside the house.

All communication with guests will take place remotely.

Final cleaning is performed by the guests. Bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included in the rent, but are brought by guests.

Down-payment:
20% of the rent is paid at the time of booking. The rest is paid 60 days before arrival.

A deposit of SEK 2,500 is paid in connection with the final payment, and is refunded shortly after check-out, provided that cleaning and other things are done as expected.

Guest Switches Sundays:
Check-out takes place before 11:00, and check-in at 15:00, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The cottage is only rented to caring guests (references may be requested).
