The 4 charming cottages have undergone an overall renovation in 2018, are decorated in consistently light & airy country style with fine original details preserved.

The largest house, of ~ 80 sqm, has an open floor plan with spacious, well-equipped kitchen, bar counter, and living area with sofa and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a slightly wider single bed; there is space for clothes storage in each room. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a wet room with shower, washing machine, dryer. A newly renovated sauna in a separate cottage and a guest cottage with two single beds are also included. There are two lovely terraces.
The second largest house of ~ 60 sqm (located in front of the largest house) has a living room with sofa group and fireplace and a spacious dining area by the window wall, with panoramic sea views. At the dining area there is a patio door to the patio with seating area and barbecue. Modern, well-equipped work kitchen with the original wood stove preserved. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed, clothes storage and plenty of space for extra beds for children. Tiled bathroom with WC and shower, washing machine, dryer.

It also includes 2 smaller cottages with simpler standards.

The guest house ~ 15 sqm; 4 single beds with wooden slats and solid foam mattresses.
These beds can be furnished together / apart and are easy to carry if you want to move the beds to the other houses.

Sjöstugan ~ 25 sqm, located by the water. In this cottage there is a sofa bed that can be made as a single bed 80 x 200 cm or pulled out to a double bed 160 x 200 cm. Space for extra beds. Fireplace and small dining area in the living room and a kitchenette with stove 2 plates. Non-withdrawn water.

The property also includes a 4th house which an older very friendly man (89 years) has at his disposal. The house is close to the other houses. If / when he is there he is very discreet.

Attractions: Walking distance from the lake plot you reach Fredriksborg Fortress, a good restaurant with a view of Oxdjupet. Even closer you have 'Djupet Beach Club', a nice outdoor restaurant by the ferry location where you take the car ferry over to Rindö (there is also a bus). On the island you will find nice cafes / restaurants, including 'Batteriet', 'Syrran & Jag' & 'Ostmakeriet'. From Rindö you can in turn get over to the popular island Vaxholm (total ~ 20min by car), with a lot of roller coasters during the summers. 'Siggesta farm' and 'Norrova golf club' are also close by.
