Stay on Hälsingegården Arves

We enjoyed our stay in this cottage with all the comfort provided. Sofia and Benoit have tried to incorporate the original elements of this old farm and traditional, local items into the renovation. They have succeeded well in that. There is certainly enough space for 2 people. We enjoyed the large garden with different seating areas. Sofia encouraged us to pick delicious berries from the garden that went very well with our breakfast. The cat also made us feel at home. Sofia is a good hostess who was there if we had questions. A downside is the small shower. This one isn't really comfortable. The location of the house (Järvsö) is good. It is a town aimed at tourists with a bakery, bar, department store, a pancake house, bicycle rental, ... and even a champagne bar. In Järvsö there is also a tourist office where you can go. From Järvsö you can also easily visit other interesting cities and nature parks, if you have a car. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Jättemysig stuga och fint inrett. Trevliga värdar. Hade gärna sett att det fanns mer möjlighet till matförvaring så som en frys eller ett frysfack i kylen där man kunnat förvara tex kylklampar. Köksknivar något slöa och skulle möjligen behöva lite underhåll (slipas) men det påverkade inte vår vistelse. Känner oss ändå väldigt nöjda och kommer gärna åter i framtiden.

Jätte mysig och fräsch liten stuga, lagom stor och trevlig världfamilj! Lite utanför centrum så det var enkelt att ta sig in för att turista. Deras gård var jätte fin och i helhet var det en jätte trevlig vistelse. Rekommenderar starkt.
