Charming house (1879) on the island of Gullholmen

A unique house on a fantastic island in wonderful Bohuslän on the West Coast of Sweden. A place to create wonderful memories and gather energy. It is a lovely place for autumn spring and summer. During the summer months it is full of families and children enjoing the untouched nature and during autumn and spring it is calm and peaceful with mostly permanent residents on the island. Gullholmen is a car-free island with a ferry connection that runs from Tuvesvik with regular trips throughout the year and takes about 5 minutes. It is also possible to take the ferry from Gullholmen to the neighboring island of Käringön for a day trip.
The house is well cared for and fresh with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a cozy bedroom downstairs with entrance from the outside of the house.
