Lilla Varvsvik is located on a car-free island, but just a short boat ride away you will find restaurants, a gas station, and a service shop on the main Möja island. Here you can rent kayaks, bikes and visit the tourist information. Or take a short trip to Norra Stavsudda where there is also a restaurant, service shop, and the opportunity to refuel your boat.

Both the main building and the guesthouse have their own terraces. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a sea view. Summer evenings become long with the warming evening sun setting over the sea and the horizon.

Our property has both a private beachfront, two jetties, and cliffs to swim from. It's easy to take a morning dip, swim and play, as well as take a dip after a sauna bath.

Three buildings
The main building, guesthouse, and guest cottage offer comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people, with varying styles and decor to suit all tastes. Whether you are a large party or a smaller group, you will enjoy these well-equipped and cozy accommodations. There is also a small playhouse where children can enjoy fun and games.

The main house
The charming main house offers two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spaces, divided into two double beds. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room facing the sea, where you can experience the fantastic sunset. The living room has a dining area that comfortably seats eight people, or up to ten if you squeeze in a bit. For your convenience, there is also a toilet with a shower in the building. In the evening, you can feel the warmth of the open fireplace and create a cozy atmosphere for you and your guests.

A modern guesthouse
The modern guesthouse is both spacious and stylish, making it an excellent choice for larger parties. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and two mattresses on the loft, meaning up to six people can sleep comfortably. The guesthouse also has a kitchen and living room where you can socialize with your loved ones in a pleasant and modern environment. In addition, there is a toilet with a shower for your convenience.

Extra sleeping spaces in the guest cottage
The guest cottage is the perfect extra sleeping space for guests or children who want their own place to sleep. With two bedrooms accommodating a total of four sleeping spaces, divided into two double beds, the cottage offers a private and secluded environment. The guest cottage is equipped with a kitchenette for simpler cooking, a sofa to relax in, and a toilet.

How to get to Lilla Varvsvik?
Getting to Lilla Varvsvik is easy and smooth, making the journey here a pleasant experience. If you have your own boat, you can dock directly at our pier. If you don't have access to your own boat, you can book a water taxi from Sollenkroka, where there is also plenty of parking for those arriving by car.

Another option to reach Lilla Varvsvik is to take the Vaxholm boat to Södermöja dock. Once you get off the boat, a scenic walk of about 2 kilometres along a gravel road through the forest awaits, leading you to the houses at Lilla Varvsvik.
