Comfortable stay on the archipelago's best island

The house has a large terrace with many seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, and a Weber gas grill. Dining area for up to 10 people with umbrella and cushions.

Sun loungers for the terrace, sunbeds for the lawn.

Sauna and swimming dock down by the bay.

Indoors, there is a living room with a sofa set: large corner sofa and armchair with footstool, large open fireplace, and dining area for up to 8 people. The sofa is a sofa bed; two 90x200 beds.

Open floor plan towards the work kitchen and kitchen island. Dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Freezer in the basement.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, sleeping loft with space for two adults. Access to the garden.

Bedroom 2 with a narrower double bed (140 cm).

Bathroom with shower and a composting toilet.

Small laundry/technical room with washing machine, drying facilities indoors and outdoors.

Internet via fiber, free to use.

There are movies, books, games, and magazines for a potentially rainy day. Stereo, DVD, Playstation, and TV. Additionally, there is a portable speaker and radio for use on the terrace. Toys for both indoor and outdoor use.

Classic Swedish outhouse toilet, and outdoor shower.

Flat and easily accessible plot of 5500 sqm.

Simpler "summer bikes" are available for trips to the island's beaches, activities, culture, and entertainment. Don't forget your own helmet!

The dock and sauna are about 250 meters from the house and shared with neighbors, one picture shows the view from the dock.

Utö usually needs no further introduction; here you will find the archipelago's finest beaches, Utö Värdshus, and several other restaurants, Utö Bakery as well as ICA with Pharmacy and Systembolag service. Furthermore, there are bike and moped rentals, tennis court, mini golf, kayak rentals, and more in the harbor.

Regular Waxholms boats depart several times a day from Årsta Havsbad and/or Nybrokajen. From Spränga dock, it is a 15-20 minute walk on a comfortable path. There is a taxi on the island!
