Architect-designed modern house in Byxelkrok

Nice architect-designed holiday house in Byxelkrok with proximity to the harbor and beaches in Byxelkrok, as well as Böda with its sand dunes and beaches. The house has many amenities, such as: sauna, AC, outdoor shower, large charcoal grill, dishwasher and washing machine with built-in dryer. The house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the sun. Part of the balcony is covered, where there is comfortable lounge furniture.

The house has a large open kitchen/living room, here you have a lovely space with a high ceiling up to the eaves with built-in spotlights. Large comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a fire in front of the wood stove or if you prefer a 65" TV with Bose 300 surround system as well as X-box and Wii. The house also has Wifi via fibre/broadband. The bathroom with underfloor heating is equipped with a fresh sauna, as well as a shower and WC. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a really comfortable and luxurious Viking double bed (1.60), and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has a spiral staircase up to the sleeping loft, where there is a double bed (180cm). All bedrooms are equipped with modern built-in roller blinds in the windows so that you can make it darker if desired (only the skylights in the attic are not equipped with these). There are 3 gravel parking spaces belonging to the house.

To the south along the water you will find a nice sandy/pebble beach with a jetty, where you can swim. If you want more privacy and let the eye enjoy, there are wonderful, desolate pebble beaches further south. You only have about 5-6 km to Böda bay with its unbeatable kilometer-long sandy beaches. Other attractions are Byrums Raukar, the lighthouse Långe Erik, Järnåldersbyn by Skäftekärr, Neptuni fields and Trollskogen with its Naturum.

No pets. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. You do the final cleaning yourself and all cleaning materials are on site. If there are oils, spices and charcoal, just use them during your stay. Regarding the 7th bed, you can sleep on the sofa which is several meters long, but it is not a sofa bed. Just so you know...
