Cottage on the lake

Deze accommodatie beschikt over de Stugknuten S-veiligheidsmarkering

De Stugknuten S-markering betekent dat uw verhuurder zijn best heeft gedaan om de gang van zaken zo veilig mogelijk te maken. U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

Built in 1934 by my Great Grandfather, this cottage has a big patio with a perfect view over the lake Övre Hillen. If mother nature cooperates this is a great place to spend your evenings.
During the day you can take the rowboat or canoe out for a realxing tour on the lake, life jackets in almost all sizes are available.
Fishing license can be bought if you feel like trying your luck (50 SEK/day).
Summertime is grilling time and there is both a gas and coal grill available, gas is included but you buy your own charcoal/briquettes.
There is a soccer goal on the lawn as well as swings and there are a few garden games at your disposal as well.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer, dryer and municipal water.
With Ludvika only 3,5 km away all amenities are easily accessible: food stores, shops, restaurants and cafes.

On the property there are two cottages, the one we rent out and the one we live in when we're there. They are about 50m apart so we don't disturb each other even when we're there.

During high season (June 15 - August 15) we prefer weekly bookings from Sat 15:00 to Sat 12:00

Very pleasant cottage with a well-kept furnishings, everything as in the description. The location right on the lake is wonderful, there are several nice outdoor seating areas. The friendly landlord is easily accessible. We have lived two relaxing holiday weeks and will gladly come back.

Det var en underbar semester, huset är bekvämt med allt du behöver, känslan var som att vara hemma. Husets läge är ovärderligt, kanske till och med bättre än bilderna på webbplatsen. Värdarna är mycket vänliga och det var ett nöje att träffa dem. Jag kommer definitivt att boka för nästa år också, jag måste återvända till detta paradis.
