Charming seaside cottage at the peninsula Kullahalvön with room for 6 persons. The dwelling is in peaceful environment surrounded by beautiful Skåne agricultural landscape.
In the cottage, which is of about 50m², there is a kitchen, a small hallway, and 3 bedrooms.
Located on a corner plot towards southwest, with a large private patio. Approximately half of the patio has a covering roof.
The garden has bushes, trees, and a lawn for games.
The former garage is integrated with the cottage, and has storage, shower, and WC.

Two of the bedrooms has bunk beds, one bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms doesn´t have a door, but instead had a drapery. In total 6 beds.

The kitchen is equipped with most of what is needed for cooking and serving, microwave oven, electric kettle, and coffee percolator. Cooker with two hobs and small oven. Fridge with ice box. Dining area for five persons in the all-purpose room. Would you rather sit and eat outside on the patio, there is room for five to six persons.

The cottage was built during late 60: s, so there is a basic standard, but offer most of what you need for a week’s holiday. Broadband/WiFi unlimited usage. TV available in the all-purpose room.

In the cottage there are some summer toys such as badminton equipment (incl. net), croquet and boules game. There are 4 older bicycles available to lend.
The cottage is heated by a air heat pump in the all-purpose room. This can also be used as an air conditioner during warm summer days.

The cottage is located about 200 mts from Häljaröd marina, where you easy can swim from the pier ladder. By the marina you can watch the sunset over the sea and at the same time have a view over the Kullen, Skälderviken, and Bjärehalvön. If you like to go to a large sandy beach, you can walk for about 1,5km over the meadows along the sea to Farhult beach. If you would rather go a bicycle, you can use the trail Kattegattsleden, a bicycle trail which stretches between Helsingborg and Gothenburg. It is also possible to park your car by Farhult beach, if you prefer to go by car.

By the marina is the trail Kullaleden, which is a part of Skåneleden. Skåneleden stretchs between Helsingborg and Utvälinge, circa 70km.
Near the cottage is Rönnen, a bird sanctuary which you will pass along the Kullaleden. The beautiful trail is suitable for hiking and jogging.

In the surroundings there are several tourist attractions and possibilities to activities such as:
- Nimis and Arx - Lars Wilk´s creation
- Kullaberg nature reserve
- Arilds vingård (vineyard)
- Flickorna Lundgren – coffee break
- Swim in Josefinelust
- Beautiful fishing villages such as Arild and Mölle
- Golf at the far end of the peninsula Kullahalvön - Mölle Golf club
- Stisse´s canoe rental in Ängelholm
- Ängelholm aviation museum
- Holy Smoke BBQ
- Hembygdsparken in Ängelholm
- Söderåsen´s national park
- Torekov and Halland´s Väderö

The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
N.B.! no smoking inside.
Pets are welcome.
We do not rent to persons under the age of 25 years old.
Checking in and out on Saturdays if nothing else is agreed.
Checking out at the latest 12:00 and checking at the earliest 14:00.

We - a family with two older children - wanted to spend 3 days in the holiday home on our return journey to Germany. Thomas was very accommodating and lent us bed linen. Unfortunately, we had to realize that this type of accommodation is not for us. The cabin is showing its age. It smelled musty, the beds were saggy, the rooms were extremely small with no way to store our things. The shower and toilet in an old garage were an adventure. Overall, you have the feeling of sitting in the dust of many people from the last 50 years. The nearby harbor is not really nice either: an old bunker with an uninviting concrete jetty. In contrast, the banks of the nature reserve are truly worth seeing.

Det är tråkigt att höra att gästen inte är nöjd med boendet. Hon hade flertalet önskemål som vi löste och stugan kontrollerades noga samma dag som incheckning och allt var i sin ordning. Det kan vara så att kunden, som hon nämner i sin kommentar, egentligen inte tycker att den här typen av boende passar henne. /Anna och Thomas
