Lovely villa by the sea, near Visby.

Dream house right by the sea, 7 km south of Visby. Next to the beach is Fridhems café and restaurant with homemade treats. Walking distance to Kneippbyn with adventure park, water park, several restaurants, shop, concerts, Pippi Longstocking theatre, mini golf, padel, basketball, soccer and tennis courts. Suderbys golf course is within walking distance, Visby Golfklubb (Kronholmen) is 21 km away, Tofta is 16 km away. Also perfect location for fishing, Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing.
During the summer, check-in day is on Saturdays and we only rent weekly. During the low season a minimum of 3 days is required.
The accommodation:
It is one of the largest houses on Gotland with large social areas. Two large living rooms, large kitchen that is fully equipped, dining furniture in the kitchen as well as living room for 10 people, large terrace with outdoor BBQ, dining furniture + lounge. So perfect for 2 families with children and maybe grandparents or a group of friends.
Unique local environment with beautiful walking paths, beaches and meadows. Full of sheep, lambs, horses, cows, hedgehogs etc. Large grassy areas and fruit trees in the garden. The house has 5 bedrooms and 10 beds: 2 Hjallerup bunk beds which are 80 cm wide upper bunk + 120 cm wide lower bunk, 2 double beds 180 cm and a regular bunk bed 90 cm. The Hjallerup beds can accommodate 2 children or 2 loved ones in the lower part.

Pets are allowed but NOT on the upper floor or in the beds and sofas, due to allergies. The downstairs bathroom has a sauna, there is a fireplace, sea view from the upper floor, quiet street with almost no traffic. There are space for 4 cars on the driveway.
Mandatory cleaning service: 180€/rental.
Sheets + towels are available for rent for 17€/set.
