Cozy house with sea view

A warm welcome to this cozy fisherman's villa located in the harbor of Rönnäng on Tjörn. Here you live comfortably with the sea and the west coast's unique archipelago right outside the door. The house is fully equipped and in the small garden there are balconies in all directions of the sun. Discover surrounding islands that you can easily reach from the ferry stop at Rönnäng's jetty, visit one of the flea markets, swim, walk in the beautiful nature and visit some of Tjörn's fantastic excursion destinations.

The house is located in the harbor in the old part of Rönnäng's community. Within walking distance (1.2 km) is Kårevik's bathing area with Tjörn's finest bathing beach, which offers a large child-friendly sandy beach as well as cliffs and jumping towers. If you need to supplement the grilling on the sunny patio, there is a grocery store about 800 meters from the house. If the children want to fish for crabs, there is a jetty with boathouses in the harbor just a few meters away and next to the house there is also a public lawn suitable for bowling.

In Rönnäng there is the charm of the small community, with a brewery restaurant, kiosk and grocery store, hotel, church, pizzeria and hairdresser. A short walk along Kyrkvägen is Tjörns Havspensionat with a nice restaurant with a nice view. From there, a walking path goes up to Tjörnehuvud, steep in places and equipped with stairs. Once up, however, it is well worth every step. From here, the entire sea spreads out before your eyes and the spectacular view of the North Sea, Marstrandsfjorden, Marstrands fortress, Dyrön, Åstol, Tjörnekalv and Klädesholmen is magnificent. If you want to take an easier way up, a hiking trail goes over the lower parts of Tjörnehuvud from Kyrkvägen to Kalvesund and Ropekullen.

In Rönnäng there is also the ferry stop where you can reach several beautiful islands and excursion destinations, two padel halls, an ice rink, several flea markets, the organic bakery Lottas Bak och Form with a cafe by the sea, kayak rental, etc.
