Lovely summer cottage, 40 minutes by car from Stockholm city. Bus from town stops 350 meters from the house.

Our 12,000 square meter lot provides a unique privacy with sea views in several directions. 20 meters from the lot there is a nice little beach and pier where the kayak, which is included in the rent, can easily be put in for a trip. There are another three beaches within walking distance, 8-20 min. Photos from a couple of them can be found at the end of the photo gallery.

The house was built in 2018 and has a shower, sink, water closet. The kitchen is well equipment. Two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm) up in the loft and a 140x200 cm wide sofa bed for two people (see IKEA Holmsund). You can rent bed linen and towels for 150 SEK per person or bring your own. Option to rent a washing machine is available. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant.

We have a minimum of two nights rent.
From Sunday, June 15, 2025 to Sunday, August 31, 2025, the cottage is rented preferably weekly, Sunday to Sunday.

Lovely wooden patio with sun from morning to evening. Very good mobile coverage in the area (5G). All of the above makes our pretty summer cottage a perfect accommodation for the family or the adult couple with or without a car.

Activities in the area:
Our neighbour Jan rents out his motorboat in the summer via the rental site Skipperi. License is required. The boat is just 50 meters from our place.
Siggesta gård has a café, restaurant, animals, hiking, adventure course (8 km), Bullandö Marina has a great restaurant and delicious ice cream bar. (2.3 km). Fredriksborg has wonderful views, a restaurant (1.5 miles) and is close to Vaxholm. Several golf courses nearby, Norråva Golf, (8 km), Wermdö and Fågelbro Golf. In Gustavsberg there are several good restaurants and porcelain shops.

Nearest grocery shop: Coop in Hemmesta Centrum
Pharmacies, system companies and ICA Maxi etc. can be found in Mölnvik, Värmdö Köpcentrum
Gas station: Shell in Grisslinge is open around the clock. They also have groceries and more.
Nearest takeout in Hemmesta Centrum: Akira: Japanese, Thai, Chinese. Lill-Plogen: pizza, classic food menu.

Our archipelago idyll in Kalvsvik, as the area is called, is probably the best place to get out in the Stockholm archipelago's finest spots. The nearest neighbour is about 100 meters from the cottage. You have 12,000 square meters of lovely natural land all to yourself. There are also four comfortable deckchairs with cushions and four hammocks for nice and lovely days.
