Modern holiday house in beautiful Djupvik/Lofta

Modern holiday home located in Djupvik/Lofta, approx. 25 km north of Borgholm.

The house has a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom and guest toilet. There is plenty of room for the family with a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms. All the equipment you can't possibly need including a wood burning stove, wifi, dishwasher and washing machine are available.
Large lovely terrace of approx. 110 sqm in south/west orientation. On the plot there is also a guest cottage with two beds and a greenhouse.

It is about 300 meters to the sea and Stenkusten. It is approx. 1.5 km to Djupvik's beach with bathing jetty and restaurant.

Djupvik is one of the most popular seaside resorts on Öland's west coast, thanks to its scenic location by a sheltered bay and its bathing area with jetty. The coast is dramatically rocky in places, with the bathing area having a fine white sandy bottom only a few meters from the beach. In the evening, you can enjoy a fantastic sunset over the strait.

Bed linen and towels are not offered.
The house is not rented out to youth groups (under 23 years of age).
No smoking.
Cleaning service is a mandatory addition.
