Summerhouse with swimmingpool

Fresh and modern accommodation with a private fully tiled pool, 8x4 meters. The house has 4 bedrooms with 7-8 beds, and in the pool house, there's a sofa bed for 2 people and a sleeping loft. It is located in a quiet and family-friendly area, close to both the forest and the sea. There is a large terrace along two sides of the house with multiple seating areas, and a pergola with a grill for delightful summer dinners.

Köpingsvik is just a 700-meter walk away along a charming forest path. There, you can find grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and wonderful sandy beaches. The town of Borgholm is 4 km away.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, convection oven, refrigerator, and a freezer with a built-in ice maker. There is a dining table and a living room with a sofa in an open floor plan. Upstairs, there is a TV room with a smart TV and a bedroom with access to a balcony. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower.

An additional bathroom with a washing machine is shared with Sandlotten 14 B. There is also a common terrace with a ping-pong table between the houses. Other areas, including the pool, belong exclusively to this house and are not shared.

The house is rented on a weekly basis with check-in on Saturdays from 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. The final cleaning is to be done by the renter unless otherwise agreed.

Blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linens (they can also be rented if desired).

The rental is for adults and families only. Smoking is not allowed.
