Fantastic newly built semi-detached house of 118 sqm in Klövsjö with room for 10 people.
The house is located high on Silvergransvägen, at the end of the road, with a fantastic mountain view and ski in/ski out location next to the Rastdal lift and Lätta slingan slope which takes you out into Klövsjö's ski system and back to the cabin. The house was built in 2022 and everything is in very good condition.

The house has four bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with shower and WC, one of which has a sauna and washing machine.
Dining area for up to 10 people and living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and wood burning stove.

- Large hall with hat shelf, shoe rack and bench to sit on
- Ski/boot room with drying cabinet and storage of ski clothes and boots
- Bedroom with bunk bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes hanger and wardrobe. Bunk bed with a width of 90 cm (upper) and 120 cm (lower)
- Bedroom with continental bed 160 cm, bedside table, clothes hanger and wardrobe.
- Kitchen, dining area, wood-burning stove and sofa corner with access to balcony.
- Bathroom with wc, shower, sauna and washing machine

Upper level:
- Bedroom, 180 cm wide continental bed, bedside table, dresser and clothes hanger
- Bedroom, 2 bunk beds with a width of 90 cm (upper) and 120 cm (lower), bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes hangers and bedside drawers
- Bathroom with shower and wc

Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a lovely and comfortable stay. Kitchen table with chairs for 10 people.
In addition, there is external ski storage, wi-fi, charging station, parking, TV with basic range and smart TV, and Sonos system. A few hundred meters away is hotel Klövsjöfjäll with after-ski, spa, gym, nice restaurant and sports shop.

In case of poor snow availability, you may have to take a shorter walk/car to the ski slopes.
In summer, hiking, fishing, swimming, golf, cycling and much more are available. Fettjeåfallet, which with a height of 60 meters is one of Sweden's highest waterfalls and one of the area's most beautiful natural scenery, is about 5 km from the house.
Hotel Klövsjöfjäll is open all year round and there you can rent SUPs, kayaks, bicycles, visit the spa and restaurant, etc.
