Well-equipped and modern cottage for two people. You have access to a fridge, stove, microwave and Wi-Fi, two beds of 90 cm each and air conditioning. Outside there is a large wind-protected terrace equipped with a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. You can choose to use the jetty on windless and warm days so you can jump directly into the sea. You have access to two one-person kayaks.
On the island there is a small beach (suitable for small children), a green area for play/games and a communal sauna. We book the sauna for the guests if there is interest.
Parking space available. For those of you who have an electric car or a charged hybrid, we offer the possibility of charging when you rent from us according to agreement.
At Lilla Fjellsholmen you can enjoy swimming, sun, walking trails, paddling and at the same time you are close to the big city. Gothenburg, which you can reach in 35 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train from Ytterby station. Kungälv is 20 minutes away and in Kärna, which you can reach in 5 minutes, there is a grocery store, a pub, pizzeria and Thai restaurant or why not visit Hållsunga Gårdsbutik. You are 25 minutes from Marstrand. You are close to both Lycke and Gullbringa Golf courses.
You reach the island Lilla Fjellsholmen via bridge connection.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant himself.
