Pleasant Cabin near Skicenter with Epic Outlook

Pleasant mountain cabin (70 m2 + attic 35 m2) in good quality with panoramic view over valleys and mountains. The cabin is located at 796m above sea level and with secured snow-abundance on the mountains sunny side, in winter.

In the cabin, there are 7 beds and two bed-rooms as well as an attic with 3 beds. In the attic, there is room for a working station with a desk and lamps for those that needs to work remote, while being in the Swedish mountains. On the ground floor, there is a wide open master room with a combined dining and living room with facilities such as fireplace, TV (with a connected Apple TV) as well as Wi-Fi for streaming movies or providing internet for remote workers.

Connected to the master room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, freezer/refrigerator, micro wave and dishwasher. Connected to the master room, there is a large terrace connected, offering a panoramic view of Härjedalen's and Dalarna's mountain range.

In the cabin, there is also a sauna, in connection to the bathroom where there is shower, toilet and a washing machine.

Outside of the cabin, there is a parking lot with room for two cars, in connection with the cabin.

There is a ski track 100m from the house, where you can during winter time, go to the slopes at the ski-center but it is recommended to use the car to get to the lifts directly. Lofsdalen lies high and is a snow secured location with 25 slopes with a variety of difficulties (easiest to hardest). With the help of two 6-seated lifts you will reach the mountain top of Hovärken from the valley, at 1125m above the sea level, where you can also find a whiskey-bar located at the top (Mackmyra).

About 200m from the house you can reach the cross-country skiing track. The skiing-system in Lofsdalen is about 122km.


During summertime, there is also opportunities for hiking and biking through paths and roads. The cabin is located close to the tree-line of the mountain and there is advantageous opportunities for berry-picking just outside the cabin. Beyond that, Lofsdalen offers pristine sport fishing opportunities and downhill-biking in connection to the ski-centre and the lifts.

In Lofsdalen village, you can find good service with grocery store, restaurants, bakery, sport apparel stores, bowling, paddel and gas station (public EV's charger as well) combined with the charm Northern Swedish village charm.

- Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.
- No pets allowed in the cabin.
- Rental period is Saturday to Saturday on a weekly basis, if no other agreements have been decided.
- Check in at 15.00 and check-out at 09.00.
