The plot is high, free and open facing west, in close proximity to Gunnilbacken with a magnificent view towards Mullfjället, just above the transport route from Gunnilbacken down towards Tegebacken

Kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, dining table with 10-12 seats, and bar table with three seats. The adjoining large cabin has a seating area with six armchairs.

Two bedrooms (parent's room) with double bed and three bedrooms with bunk beds.

Lockable ski storage, large drying cabinet, parking for two or three cars. Maximum number of people is 10.

Tegefjäll is a child-friendly ski destination that is built together with Duved's ski area and is known, among other things, for its forest skiing, off-piste skiing, the Wilderness Trail for children, the Mr Bramwell's Wigwam lunch spot and, of course, Lillastugan's waffles.
The skiing in Duved/Tegefjäll is varied with mostly red and blue slopes. Åre and Björnen ski areas can be reached with the ski bus from Tegetornet (included in the lift ticket). The ski trail that passes through Gunnilbacken connects to trails around the mountains and groomed cross-country trails in Ullådalen and Duved.
