You will have access to:
- 4 bedrooms (you will comfortably sleep 8 adults, and sleep OK 10 adults/kids)
- Spacious living area with an open floorplan, large dining table, and couch.
- Sauna with a view over Åreskutan
- Fireplace (we make sure to leave a bag of wood for check-in, please replace this so the next guest can enjoy a fire upon check-in also!)
- Washer/dryer
- Storage for skis and bags
- Parking right outside of house
- Big balcony perfectly situated with 180 views and sun all day!
- Walk/skiing distance to the slop down to the ski system - just put on your boots and hop on the skis right outside the door - no car needed!
- Kitchen equipped with everything you need and then some (tableware for 15+ guests, waffle maker, foodprocessor, coffee machine etc)

Please note that linen and towels are NOT included in rent, but has to be brought by guests or can be arranged in advance for an extra fee (SEK 400/person).

Baby-pack (bed and chair) available at extra cost (SEK 500/week).
Thule chariot cross 2 stroller with cross-country skiing kit available to rent (SEK 1000/week - this cost SEK 500+/day to rent in the village)

Dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of 2000SEK.
