The house is on two levels of 227 square meters.
On the ground level: Large lovely dining area with large windows, lots of light and a lovely peaceful view. Here you can both see deer, squirrels and enjoy birds chirping. A large patio door leads out to a patio under cover and a lovely wooden deck with afternoon/evening sun. Grill and grill right outside the kitchen and dining area.

Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, large kitchen island with bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with lovely social areas (1 sofa, 2 armchairs and two footstools) and with a wood-burning stove in the middle that can be seen from all sides. Resarö is located at a convenient distance from the capital of the Vaxholm archipelago. About 8 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike. There are several restaurants and small charming shops. From there, the majority of Waxholm boats go out to lots of islands further out in the archipelago. You can also take a boat into Stockholm from Vaxholm. With car you can reach Stockholm city in approx 35 min.

The house is rented out for at least 1 week at a time during the summer. We give priority to guests who want to rent for two weeks.

A departure cleaning fee of SEK 3 500 is added.
