Welcome to our lovely recidence at Bestö in Saxarfjärden. Private location with two residential buildings of the highest class, surrounded by terraces. Private households in each building and bathrooms with shower and toilets. Generous and representative areas.

Main building:
The architect-designed main building of 150 m² is placed on the highest point of the property for maximum views. The house was built in 1993 and renovated internally in 2000, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is surrounded by a large terrace in three directions and here you follow the sun all day. 7 rooms divided as follows:
Kitchen from Poggenpohl and machines from Gaggenau.
Master bed room with large double bed
Bedroom upstairs with 2 x 90 cm beds that can be converted into a double bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed/family bed
Dining room with 4 meter ceiling height
Living room with fireplace and sofa group

Guest house 1
Complete guest house of about 50 m². The house is surrounded by terraces and contains its own kitchen, dining area and lounge. Large windows and double doors lead out to a terrace. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The sofa bed is easily converted into sleeping places for example 2 younger children.

About Betsö
Betsö is located in Saxarfjärden, about 1 hour from Stockholm. Commuter boat by Vaxholmsbolaget traffics the island from for example, Stockholm city center, Vaxholm or Lervik. You can also rent your own boat in Dyvik Marina, which is about a 15-minute boat ride from the property. Threre are also taxi boats that can be easily booked for approx 70 EUR per ride. The location in the archipelago is excellent with proximity to the mainland and plenty of nice archipelago restaurants on perhaps Grinda, Svartsö or Linanäs on Ljusterö. Food deliveries to the jetty are possible during the summer months. The island is great for a walk and/or a run.

Others
The lake property is a total of 10 700 m² and consists of both beautiful rocks, forest in which you can pick berries and a lawn for outdoor play. Here you can live up to 3 families together.

Cleaning is done by a company to ensure good standards. A cleaning fee will be added and communicated separately.
