Summer cottage by the sea

Cozy cottage within walking distance to several different bathing spots. The cabin is 56 square meters with kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and a conservatory. In the living room there is a convertible sofa, which can function as an extra bed, and a fireplace with access to wood. The kitchen with dining area has a stove, fridge, freezer and toaster. The bathroom is newly renovated with municipal water and sewage, WC and shower, with a separate entrance from the garden or from inside the house. In the conservatory you can sit under a roof, protected from the wind. On the patio in the garden there is a grill, outdoor kitchen and outdoor furniture. One or two cars can be parked in the garden, which is just over 1,000 square meters. The house was built in 1965.

The cottage is located in a small summer cottage area in Björkenäs between Kristianopel and Torhamn, a couple of hundred meters from the sea, in the middle between two bathing areas. The one swimming area adjacent to Björkenäs campsite with a kiosk, mini golf and irregular arrangements. There are barbecue areas at the swimming areas and in the harbour.

In the immediate area there are several farm shops for vegetables, potatoes, meat, honey, ice cream and coffee. Restaurants and cafes, including Bosses Magasin, Café Måsen, Sail Inn, Torhamns Pizzeria, Hamnkrogen in Kristianopel and Blomlöfs Rökeri. Flea markets, second-hand shops and galleries.

The nearest community is Jämjö, 8 km. Here there is an ICA store, health centre, pharmacy, gas station, street kitchen, pizzeria and inn. 10 km to the south is Torhamn and 10 km to the north is Kristianopel, both nice excursion destinations. From Torhamn there are archipelago boats to the outer archipelago and to Karlskrona.
