Welcome to our cozy home located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Herting in Falkenberg. Just over a kilometer from both the beautiful Skrea Strand and the city center, this location offers the best of both worlds.

The house underwent a complete renovation in 2017 and offers modern comfort with an inviting conservatory and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun. The well-planned garden, about 700 square meters, is an excellent place for summer barbecues and kubb games.

The residence is distributed across three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an open-plan layout leading into the living room, creating a social and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, doors lead to the cozy conservatory and further to the terrace and garden, perfect for relaxation and socializing.

Week 31 is currently available from Sunday to Saturday at a price of 11,000 SEK.

From week 33 onwards, the price is 9,500 SEK per week or 1,450 SEK per night.
