Close to the nature, our beautiful property offers a house that combine comfort and charm, providing a total of 6 beds with the possibility of 2 additional mattrasses. Just 150 meters from a small, child-friendly sandy beach, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the sea from the living room and expansive terrace. The location, near Herräng, is a perfect getaway for those seeking both nature and a connection to a lively cultural scene.

During the summer months, Herräng attracts dance enthusiasts from all over the world who flock to the Herräng Dance Camp, as well as visitors simply looking to unwind in a tranquil, seaside environment.

Herräng boasts a small grocery store and one of Roslagen’s largest marinas. The nearest larger town, Hallstavik (about 10-15 minutes by car), offers a variety of amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and Systembolaget (the Swedish alcohol store). If you’re in the mood for a day trip, Grisslehamn is just 20 minutes away, offering ferry access to the Åland Islands, including the charming destinations of Mariehamn and Eckerö. The property is conveniently located approximately 1.5 hours from Stockholm, and just 50 minutes from Uppsala and Norrtälje.

STORSTUGAN (Main House)
This cozy 72 sqm cottage offers a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, featuring a TV, stereo, and an air heat pump for comfort. The kitchen is newly renovated, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and induction hob. The bathroom has also been newly renovated and includes a shower and water toilet.

GUEST HOUSE

SAUNA: A large wood-fired sauna, complete with an outdoor shower. (Note: The sauna is only available by separate request and booking, firewood is not included.)

The property features two spacious wooden decks, perfect for outdoor relaxation. You’ll find a dining table, a cozy sofa group, and several sun loungers for enjoying the sunshine. There’s also a charcoal grill for your outdoor cooking needs.

For those seeking activities nearby, Hallstavik offers a range of recreational options, including tennis courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a golf course, and frisbee golf. During the Speedway season, you can catch the action of the Rospiggar, a local team. Additionally, both Bergygård and Grisslehamn have padel courts for enthusiasts of the sport.

If you enjoy water activities, you can kayak or canoe in the sea, or try your hand at stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). For nature lovers, there are kilometers of scenic forest trails in the area, winding over logs and stones, through cow pastures, and along beautiful beaches—ideal for peaceful walks and exploration.

The rental price includes electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. A deposit of 2500 SEK is required, which will be refunded after your stay, provided everything is in order.

- No smoking indoors.
- No parties allowed. Please keep noise levels low to respect the tranquility of the area.
- Guests must bring their own towels and bedding (pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets). Pillows and duvets are provided.
- Age limit: Renters must be at least 25 years old.
