UNBEATABLE VIEW & OWN PIER
This villa is located in a peaceful environment where only residents are allowed to drive their cars. With an unbeatable view, this is a place where time seems to slow down. Just 30 meters from the house is your private jetty. Here you can enjoy the silence and follow the sun's path over the mountains while sitting by the water or taking a refreshing dip in the salty sea. For small children and those who long for sand between their toes, there is a small natural beach 100 meters away.

ENVIRONMENT
Just 1.5 km from the house is Ica Nära, a petrol station and the leisure market, a shop where you can buy a bit of everything. But the highlight is Fatabur, a gem located just 5 minutes drive away. Here you are greeted by the aromas of an organic charcuterie and the farm shop's fresh products. Settle down in the restaurant, which is located in an old barn, and enjoy the dishes served directly from the kitchen garden and charcuterie.

Svanesund is about 7 km from the house. There is a nice swimming area here, complete with swimming school and diving tower for the brave. The sun-warmed rocks invite relaxation and the children can have fun crab fishing at the jetty. In the center there is a pizzeria, home shopping, hairdresser and a second-hand shop.

In Slussen, only 13 min by car, there is the small genuine and cozy music hotel. Some of Sweden's best artists play on stage and in the restaurant you find David Lundqvist, Swedish master of professional cooking and Chef of the Year 2018.

THE HOUSE
The entrance is in the lovely conservatory, then you are welcome into the newly painted hall. A little further to the right in the living room you are greeted by a large and comfortable sofa that invites you to relax. Here, the living room is united with the spacious kitchen in a bright and open plan, perfect for socializing and eating together. A toilet is also located on this floor for added convenience.

Take the stairs to the next floor and discover two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed for flexibility and extra guests. There is also a toilet with a sink.

Down in the basement awaits a bright bedroom with a double bed. Next door is a shower and a practical laundry room to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

TO DO AT ORUST & TØRN
The Pilgrimsleden on Orust is eight miles long and connects eight churches and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island. Tabletop honey farm where you and your children, in a very educational way, can see how the bees live and make honey. You can also buy good coffee and honey caramels here. Right next to it is & Tavlebords country store, which functions as a market hall where local producers themselves sell their food and handicrafts. A day trip to car-freecom/sodrabohuslan/produkter/gullholmen-och-harmano/?site=85">Gullholmen or Käringön is a must, the ferries leave from Tuvesvik, which is about 9 km from Hälleviksstrand.

At Sundsby säteri on Tjörn you can go on a guided tour and then eat something good in the cafe & restaurant, their shrimp sandwich is fantastic! Frogs, toads, newts and many different insects thrive in the carp pond next to the homestead. There are also hiking trails and caves in the mountains.
