In a lovely peaceful environment, with direct access to the beautiful Lake Malsnaren in the heart of Södermanland, you will find this detached guest house with 2 + 1 beds, newly renovated bathroom, fresh kitchenette, dining area for 2-3 people and space for your own car in the driveway.

Here you live with nature as the nearest neighbor with nice walking paths, unique bike paths and a small private beach and piers just around the corner (approx. 150 meters to the water) .

The accommodation is located in a detached guest house of about 28 sqm on a grown-up, child-friendly villaplot where the tenant also has access to a welcoming patio with garden furniture - perfect for morning coffee at sunrise.

The cottage is freshly decorated with a double bed (180 cm) and an extra bed for those who wants 3 overnight guests. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and a newly equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove and utensils.

By the Lake (about 150 meters from the cottage) you will find a nice sandy beach and jetty with bathing ladder for those who like to swim. Modern championship mountain bikes can be rented for 495 SEK / day to experience this fantastic nature on Södermanland's beautiful forest trails. With a short bike ride 5 km (about 15 min) from the cottage is the popular Solbacka Krog & Restaurant (). Here you will find a nice golf course, paddle courts, large swimming pool, gym and an award-winning restaurant.

Pleasures, attractions and shopping can be reached in most cities at a comfortable distance such as Trosa, Flen, Gripsholm Castle etc. To Stockholm it is just over an hour's drive and to Skavsta airport about 55 km.
