Summer cottage near the sea with a fjord view

Nice modern house in northern Orust at the end of a road. Large terrace and view of Kalvöfjord.
A short walk to the sea and salty bathing from the beach or jump from the cliff.
5 beds 3 bedrooms 2 toilets
8 min to Henån, 15 min to Torp shopping center by car.

The house is very personally decorated with many trinkets and delicate furniture etc.
Therefore, we do not want to rent to families with small children (8 months - 6 years)
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept guests with pets due to allergies in our family.

Vacuum toilets, a little warning:
Orust municipality's regulations for sewage have forced us and the neighbors to install vacuum toilet systems.
It is unfortunately extremely sensitive to foreign objects. It can only withstand toilet paper and what comes out of the body!
If anything else is flushed down, the pump is guaranteed to STOP and a service technician will have to be called in to clean/repair...
But, properly used, there is no problem with these vacuum toilets, they have worked well for us for many years!
