The property is quiet and privately located by a smaller bay of the large lake Sommen. The property consists of a main building, a guesthouse in traditional style, and a sauna right by the lake, offering high living comfort and a number of perks.

The large living room has an exceptional panoramic view over the lake, and the modern kitchen invites you to sophisticated cooking with a view. The large terrace overlooking the lake is a perfect location for dinners in the evening sun. Make yourself comfortable in the evenings in front of the heating stove or in any of the bedrooms located in the part of the building inspired by the late 1800s.

The surrounding area is perfect for wonderful hikes, boating (a small boat with a motor is available) on the deep lake Sommen with its over 250 islands, fishing, biking, and there is much to discover, including the Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, and the historic Vadstena. Not far away is also the candy cane town of Gränna and lake Vätter
