Beautifully located on Västra Hamnvägen in the fishing village of Nogersund's harbor is this 125 square meter fisherman’s house. The house has 6 beds divided into two bedrooms with double beds (can be moved to single beds in one of the bedrooms) and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has a spacious veranda with a sea view of Hanö Bay. The house also has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a substantial kitchen with an induction hob and convection oven. Shower and toilet are of course available. If desired, the tenant can also have access to a guest cabin with a sofa bed for two (i.e. a total of 8 beds). Swimming from the bathing ladder is about 100 m from the house. Fine sandy beach in Hällevik approx. 2 km. Swimming pool with 50 meter pool and water slide approx. 1.5 km. Two kayaks are available for loan that can easily be launched in nearby "harbors". If you fancy a trip to Hanö, the boat leaves about 100 meters from the house. Lush garden with fruit trees and covered dining area. Grill is available to borrow.
