Charming 19th-century house on the edge of Söderås

Our charming old house has housed most things over the years, everything from being an epidemic hospital at the beginning of the last century, a youth farm in the thirties and a tax office for the local citizens... We are renting it out this summer. The house has a large kitchen with plenty of space for socializing, living room with a large comfortable sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and a day bed. Hidden behind the doors in the hall is a brand new bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. The fenced plot borders a horse farm. Opposite the house there used to be a large deer enclosure which is now open, which the deer seem to have missed as they often visit their old enclosure. On the plot next to the hot tub there is a cozy patio with modern outdoor furniture and a barbecue. You are close to everything, "Tura" to Denmark with the ferries in Helsingborg, swimming on lovely sea beaches both in Helsingborg and in Ängelholm. There are several golf courses in the immediate area and the hiking trail on Söderåsen is very popular. Don't miss Klippan's wool factory or a visit and some food at "Kalle på Spången" outside Ljungbyhed. A good place to start from if you want to experience Skåne this summer. The house is rented weekly this summer as we ourselves can only be down for a few weeks this summer.

On departure, the house is left in the same condition as when you gained access to it. The house is cleaned by the tenant, towels and sheets are not included in the rent but are included.
