Charming old captain's house in the heart of southern Brantevik, 150 meters from the sea and Vejakåsen's beach. There is plenty of space for the large family!

About 150 meters down to the harbor where there is a restaurant and a fish shop. Below the house by the sea, begins Grönet, a wonderfully beautiful area between pastures and sea with a path along the coast towards Gislövshammar and Skillinge, perfect for walks or longer runs. There is also a very nice bike path north about 5 km to Simrishamn or south about 6.5 km to Skillinge.

450 meters up Gislövsvägen is Branteviks Padel, with two very nice outdoor courts: phone]/.

The house is carefully renovated and features fiber internet, cable channels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and wood-burning stove.

Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with double bunk beds (one of which has a 140 cm bed on the bottom).

There is a large well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and a large living room. TV room upstairs (3 extra beds) as well as a small TV in the children's room. There is a bathroom with toilet, bathtub/shower, and a small toilet upstairs.

In the back, there is a cozy enclosed garden with a large table protected by a large wall with built-in benches. There is a large Weber charcoal grill and a gas-powered griddle.

The house is rented out weekly with changeovers on Sunday’s.
