Charming 1960s cabin outside Kungsbacka

A genuine 1960s gem just outside of Kungsbacka within 10 min walking distance to the sea, set in a secluded area with fantastic blueberry forest walks just outside the door. Many more beaches and boat and kayak rentals can be found all around the area within a short drive.

The cabin has two bedrooms with bunkbeds and a single sofa bed in the living room. There is also one additional trundle bed. There is a separate sun lounge as well as the large living room. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay, including breakfast for the first day, coffee and tea – no need to run to the shop first thing. Shower available in the main house as well as a cold water shower in a separate building for rinsing off after a dip in the sea.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, full-size stove and oven. The closest shop is 5 min away, there is a great pizza place down the road which also delivers and the nearest town (Kungsbacka) is about 10 min away with many more shops and restaurants. In the other direction you will find the Onsala peninsula with great beaches, farm shops, grocery store and some great restaurants. Gothenburg is about 25 min drive away or you can take the train from Kungsbacka.

Built in the 60s as a vacation home, the cabin still sports many authentic features. There is a private patio and blueberries and wild strawberries in the garden. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the rest of the garden which has swings and children’s toys.
