Villa in Lysekil with large protected parking outside the door. Lovely roof terrace with a panoramic view of Gullmarn, patio with gas grill, swim pond with waterfall and koi fish, and SPA bath. 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms. 1 toilets with double showers, 1 guest toilet, and a toilet under renovation. Toilet and double sink can be used in this bathroom as well, but not the shower.
Quiet street near Kungstorget and Sommargatan in the center, with restaurants and shops. The grosery store is 150 meters away.
Wifi, 4 TVs, 2 of which are in the "children's rooms" if you want to bring along video games for the children.
Restoration of certain surface layers (after water damage) in the house will start in the autumn. Until then, we have stretched a fabric to increase the coziness factor :) Nothing that affects function though.
We would like to rent out to couples/families. Pets are not welcome due to allergies. Guests clean up before departure.
Bedroom 1 to 2 pers: Sofa bed 140 cm, bathroom with double shower shared with other guests. Own terrace with morning sun.
Bedroom 2 to 2 pers.: Double bed 180 cm.
Bedroom 3 to 4 pers: Sofa bed 140 cm, bed 140 cm.
Bedroom 4 to 1 person: Bed 120 cm.
