Fantastic house on Gotland

Lovely, newly built house with generous living areas by Ekstakusten. Large windows facing the terrasse blur the boundaries between outside and inside. Bedroom with room for eight people. Walking distance to the beach facing Karlsöarna. On the beach, you can enjoy the sun, swimming and fantastic sunsets.

The house
An architect-designed and newly built (2021) house with beautiful natural materials. Wood-paneled walls and a smooth concrete floor. The house is designed for socializing with large social areas in the middle of the house. A modern kitchen with an island is adjacent to the large kitchen table.

Patio doors onto a generous patio and natural plot. On the terrasse, there is a large dinner table and space for socializing. Great grilling options with an exclusive Vermgrill with a grilling plate and a classic Weber grill.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and access to the terrasse and two bedrooms with bunk beds. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, which creates a secluded feeling.

The house has two bathrooms. A bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and a separate toilet.

There are many nice excursion destinations nearby. Close by is the Ekstakusten Nature Reserve, one of Gotland's most beautiful places. Three kilometers away is Djupvik with Djupviks Hotell, which has a fantastic restaurant, guest harbor, and an ice cream kiosk by the beach. At nearby Käbbe Gård there is a farm shop with vegetables and fresh eggs. From Klintehamn there are boats to the Karlsöarna.
