De Stugknuten S-markering betekent dat uw verhuurder zijn best heeft gedaan om de gang van zaken zo veilig mogelijk te maken. U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

Between Ängelsberg and Virsbo you find our pastoral paradise. On our farm we have the Bearhouse, which we let out weekly or over the weekend. It contains ten beds.
We also have two old timbered buildings, a former forge and a granary, with pleasant sleeping quarters to rent if you are a large group, all in all 9 extra beds. (In addition, there is a barn where we have prepared for parties.)

Björnhuset is located in the countryside overlooking fields and a pond. It is 1.5 kilometers to the lake Åmänningen, where there is a pleasant swimming. You can also borrow a small rowing boat. Åmänningen is known for its good fishing (fishing license required). At least ten bicycles in different sizes and varying conditions are available to borrow. In the surrounding forests there are plenty of mushrooms and berries when the time is right.

Ängelsberg has an interesting history.The ironworks is a world heritage site and part of the Ekomuseum Bergslagen.

Björnhuset/ The Bearhouse has a large combined kitchen and living room (where there is room for a long table). There are eight beds in the house - a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed in an alcove adjacent to the living room and a cozy loft with four beds. In addition, there is a small cabin (without electricity, but with lights) with two beds right outside the house. Thus 10 beds. The house is fresh and cozy. Everything you could need is there. We haven't had time to renovate the bathroom, which has an older standard, but everything is clean. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

We prefer to rent out for at least two nights. For a weekend (Friday evening to Sunday evening) the price is SEK 2,400.

Cleaning and bedlinen is not included. You clean before you leave.

For whole weeks during the autumn, the price is SEK 5,000.

If you want to rent extra beds, the price is:
The Granary (2 rooms with two single beds, low ceiling in the lower room) SEK 300/night or SEK 1,000 for a week.
The Forge (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed) SEK 300/night or SEK 1,000 for a week.
The Sauna (sauna plus a bed in the relaxation area) SEK 300/weekend or SEK 1,000 per week.

Natuurbad – Trevlig strand finns i Åmänningen. Man cyklar lämpligen dit, ca 1,5 km. En stor och barnvänlig strand finns också i Virsbo och en annan i Ängelsberg.
Paardrijden – Wirsbo ridcenter ligger 4 km bort.
