Welcome to the island of the sun and the winds! In this modern house with pool built in old-fashioned style, two families live very comfortably. You can hang out in large common living areas, have dinner outside while the children play in the pool and take a short walk down to the water with a secluded swimming area and a view of Kalmarsund.

The house was built in 2021, is very fresh, has a large combined modern kitchen with living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the entrance floor is a larger bathroom with a washing machine and shower and on the upper floor a smaller one with a toilet. On the upper floor there is also a lounge area if the children want to go away and watch TV, for example. The house is a 10-minute drive from the bridge, which makes it quick and easy to get to the house and also to explore Kalmar. Färjestaden with ICA, Systembolaget, Lindex and other services is a five-minute drive away.

Large modern house with a large wooden deck directly adjacent to the pool.
The pool is managed by a local pool guy, which is included in the price.
The house has 8 fixed beds and two extra beds that you can set up as suits you.

Bottom plan:
3 bedrooms (2+2+1): one room with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed and one room with a single bed.
Large combined kitchen and living room.

Upstairs:
Large bedroom with three fixed beds.
Lounge area with sofa, reading area and TV.

The area:
Öland is known for its fantastic nature and many excursion opportunities. You are close to hiking in earnest, visiting historic places, Borgholm and small picturesque Öland villages. Popular bird watching areas such as Ottenby and Beijershamn are nearby on southern Öland. Haga park, one of Sweden's best wind and kitesurfing spots is also nearby. Suitable for both children and adults and beginners as more advanced.
