It is not possible to live closer to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches than this!
A few steps from Frösakull's beautiful beach is this smaller villa with room for up to five people. Take a morning swim and drink your coffee by the beach. Enjoy hearing the ocean as you fall asleep and curl up in front of the fireplace as darkness falls. The house is bright and tastefully furnished and contains all amenities, from kitchen appliances such as a Nespresso machine to technology such as a Sonos system and Apple TV. Here you have all the comforts of home!

The house is divided into 3 bedrooms, 1 office room and 1 living room with an open plan to the kitchen. The glazed conservatory is perfect for late summer evenings. A house to enjoy, regardless of whether you rent it alone or with your family.

You live here a ten-minute walk from the center of Frösakull, which has ICA, a pharmacy, a health center and the cozy neighborhood pub Terrazzen. You can get to Halmstad city in twelve minutes by car, if you prefer public transportation, it is only a few minutes' walk to the bus stop with a direct bus to the city. The airport with all its shops, eg ICA Maxi, Willys, Clas Ohlson, Systembolaget, MAX Hamburgare, Plantagen and K-Rauta is only 10 minutes away by car.

The house is rented monthly September-April. The rent of SEK 13,000 includes internet/fibre, excluding costs for electricity. There is also the possibility to rent the house weekly during September.

1 set of sheets and 1 towel/per person included if desired.

We love this house and want to think you will too. We are a family that rents out the house as we live and work in Gothenburg, but here in the summer.
