The apartment consists of a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a double bed. Subject to availability, you can rent an extra bed, high chair and cot via Holiday Club. There is a private terrace. When staying, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. It is fine to park your car in the large car park. Free Wi-Fi.

The apartments are within walking distance from the train station, grocery store and Åre square. Around the square there are several restaurants, shops, ski rental and the Åre cable car that takes you further up the slopes. There is also a stop for the ski bus near the apartment. In the Holiday Club building there is also an adventure pool, spa, SATS and bowling.

Check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am takes place at the reception at the Holiday Club.
