Big house in Kinnarp!

Welcome to rent my house in Kinnarp! About 20 minutes by car to central Falköping.
House with old interior including original kitchen from 1958. 

You have access to the entire house. But the large bedroom with the green carpet is my private one.
In the garden there are several seats during that time of year. Several berry bushes, cherry trees and apples you can pick freely.
Washing machine can be used by arrangement.

I rent to a maximum of 5 people.

Sleeping places upstairs:
* Blue bedroom - pull-out sofa for two people. 
* Living room - sofa bed and pull-out bed underneath. For 2 people.
Beds ground floor:
* Pink bedroom - A single bed.
* Living room - There is also a regular sofa if there is a need for separate rooms.

Playroom:
Several toys, puzzles and games for young and old can be found under the stairs.

Bathroom/toilet:
* A functioning toilet is available on the lower level.
* Shower is on the upper level.
* There is a free bathroom cabinet by the shower.
* If needed, there is shampoo and shower gel for both men and women in the large cabinet. Also earplugs and sleeping mask for the eyes. Standing guests on the shelf. Toilet paper and regular soap are always available.

About the kitchen:
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. Free space is available in the refrigerator for your food.
Basic items such as spices are available to use. It is also possible to take other basic goods if you let us know if they have run out. There is a marked shelf in the fridge and cupboard.

About the house:
The house has old interior, wallpaper and a bit worn here and there and pipes are old. So you cannot expect a perfect home.
New in the last two years are: electricity and cupboards, toilets, sinks, windows, doors, air-water heat pump and roof.

The calendar:
It is open for booking two months at a time due to possible sales. I live in the house two days per week but am flexible. You can book a maximum of 9 consecutive days.

Note: We want you to book no later than two days before you want to come.

Included for each guest:
Duvet, sheet, 1 pillowcase, small towel and large towel.
Usually it is made when you arrive.

Cleaning:
Since I live there myself, I clean the house at regular intervals. But you need to leave the house in good condition. 
Vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies are in the wardrobe in the hall on the upper level.
* Extinguish all burning candles.
* Turn off all lights.
* Lock all exterior doors and close windows.
* Throw rubbish and compost out in special containers in the garden. 
* No thrown things on the floor.
* Wash and dry dishes after you.
* Clean the toilet, sink and shower.
* Put used bed linen and towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room.

Buy for cleaning:
Costs SEK 600 extra if you don't want to make the bed, wash the dishes, throw away the rubbish, clean the toilet.
But the home must be left in good condition with closed windows and locked doors. 

Smoking is not permitted indoors.
