De Stugknuten S-markering betekent dat uw verhuurder zijn best heeft gedaan om de gang van zaken zo veilig mogelijk te maken. U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

You are offered to rent a cottage with 4 rooms and a kitchen in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house is located on a 2,000m² large lake plot and has a fantastic lake view.
On the plot there are two buildings, one large house with 5 berths and a small cottage with 2 berths, a total of 7 berths.
You will have access to a rowing boat, a canoe, together with a small but private jetty with swimming and fishing possibilities in Lake Tibon.
In a separate house on the plot there is a sauna and also an outdoor shower.
In the surroundings around the cottage is a forest environment, lovely walking paths/roads and a rich wildlife.
Karintorp/Åsbro is centrally located between Gothenburg and Stockholm, and quite close to the famous Lake Vättern.

The rent includes bed linen, towels, rowing boat, canoe, lifejackets, simpler bicycles, sauna, electricity consumption (season A+B), water consumption.

Electricity consumption will be added on for season C.
SEK 2,00/kWh.
This cost is paid directly to the landlord upon departure.

A deposition fee of EUR 200 in cash must be paid by the tenant upon arrival.
This deposition stands as a guarantee that the tenant leaves the house in the same condition as on arrival. After approval by the landlord, the deposit is refunded before departure.

Final cleaning of the house: EUR 200
The final cleaning before your departure includes vacuuming, wet drying of floors, dusting and cleaning of bathrooms/toilets. The tenant is responsible for washing up, cleaning the kitchen and emptying the household rubbish.

The additions must be ordered at the time of reservation, when payment instructions are also received. Any costs incurred when paying abroad are paid by the tenant.
