Guesthouse by the lake and a nature reserve

Situated in a private garden this holiday cottage offers
a great retreat for nature lovers.
The cottage boasts a private beach, with an amazing lake view.
Perfect for a morning swim, the beach is just steps
away from your doorstep.
Providing a perfect spot for sunbathing, alfresco dining,
or simply enjoying the sound of the waves.
Included is a private boat allowing you to go fishing or
enjoy a sunset cruise.

The accommodation offers an open-plan room.
1 double bed, 1 bunkbed (2 beds), sofabed (2 beds)
It is the guest cottage of the houseowner’s main house.
At one end of the room is a kitchen is fully equipped with
hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker.
The room is also furnished a double bed and a bunkbed.
A large sofa (2 beds) is placed by the woodburner and TV.
There is small hallway leading to a large bathroom with a
shower cubicle, WC and a washing machine.
Lakeviews from the furnished terrace,
plenty of seating areas and a bbq.
The garden is large and is partly shared with the owner’s private house.
Just a few steps from the garden onto the beach and into the water!
At the shore of the lake is the boat anchored,
the lake “Stora Hensjön” offers excellent fishing.
It is possible to experience crayfish-catching in august-september,
eating crayfish during these months is a Swedish tradition.
Adjacent is a nature reserve Hensjönäset,
walking trails leading you through the forests.
The reserve is teeming with wildlife,
making it an ideal destination for birdwatching, photography,
or peaceful hikes.
In the late summertime can you go blueberry and mushroom picking.
