This newly built (2024) holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The spacious living area combines living room and fully equipped kitchen in an open-concept design.

Luxury villa with 1.5 floors and 180 m² of living space:
- Bedroom 1 on the upper floor: double bed (180 cm) with sea view.
- Bedroom 2 on the upper floor: double bed (180 cm) and additional 2-seater sofa bed with sea view.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (180 cm).
- Family room on the upper floor: sofa bed, TV, balcony with sea view.
- Each floor has a modern bathroom with underfloor heating.
- Large laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The generous open-concept design connects living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area for up to 12 people. Directly in front of the kitchen, bay window, and living room is the large sun deck (>100 m²) with a new Weber grill and a large table for up to 10 people.

The over 1000 m² property offers a 600 m² lawn area – ideal for outdoor activities. The small marina (approx. 5-minute walk away) offers opportunities for crabbing, boating, and fishing.

Parking: 1 carport and gravel surface with space for several cars.

Location:
Within 1 minute you are directly on the beach, about 250 meters away there is a well-stocked grocery store (only open in summer) as well as a beach restaurant for lunch, after beach, and dinner.

Payment:
- At booking: 20%.
- 30 days before the arrival date: 80%.
- 30 days before the arrival date: 2500 SEK as a deposit.
- The deposit is refunded after approved final cleaning and settlement of any damages.

Other:
- Arrival and departure days are usually Saturdays.
- Arrival from 15:00 h.
- Departure latest 12:00 h.
- Bed sheets and towels are not included.
- Final cleaning is not included and will be checked before departure.
- Final cleaning can be added for 1500 SEK.
- No pets allowed.
